1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any lead package or browsing our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Service
Alfa Interior Leads provides digital interior design project leads to interior designers, contractors, and related businesses.
All leads are delivered digitally and cannot be returned once shared.
We do not guarantee project closures, appointments, or conversions.
3. Plan Purchase & Billing
All prices mentioned on the website are final.
Payment must be completed before plan activation.
Once the plan is activated and the first lead is delivered, cancellation is not allowed.
All purchases are final and non-refundable (as per our Refund Policy).
4. Lead Delivery
Leads are delivered via WhatsApp, Email, or Dashboard as per your plan.
Lead count may vary slightly depending on market conditions.
Delivery may take time if demand in your selected area is low.
Plans run on a monthly cycle from the date of activation.
5. Lead Usage Rules
You agree NOT to:
Resell, share, exchange, or publish our leads
Use leads for any illegal or unethical activity
Harass or repeatedly contact customers in a harmful manner
Share customer data with third parties
Violation may result in immediate termination of your plan without refund.
6. Lead Replacement Policy
A lead may be replaced only if:
The phone number is invalid (does not exist / permanently switched off)
The number is unreachable due to technical error (proof required)
Replacement will not be given for:
Customer not picking up calls
Customer not interested
Budget mismatch
Location mismatch
Customer choosing another designer
Slow follow-up or poor communication from your side
Replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the lead.
7. No Guarantee of Conversion
Alfa Interior Leads ensures that leads are verified, but we do not guarantee:
Customer response
Meeting arrangement
Project confirmation
Signing of contract
Payment collection
Success depends on your communication skills, pricing, follow-up, and service quality.
8. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
Attempt to hack, modify, or tamper with our platform
Create multiple accounts to misuse offers
Use abusive language towards our team
Spread misinformation about the company
Misuse client data delivered to you
Any violation may result in immediate suspension.
9. Limitation of Liability
Alfa Interior Leads shall not be held responsible for:
Loss of business or revenue
Failure to convert leads
Delayed lead response from customers
Technical issues on your device
Miscommunication with leads
We only provide customer contact details; the outcome is beyond our control.
10. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
Modify plans or pricing
Update lead counts
Change delivery methods
Improve verification processes
Add or remove service features
Any changes will be updated on the website.
11. Termination of Service
We may terminate your access without refund if you:
Misuse or resell leads
Provide false information
Abusively contact our team or clients
Violate these Terms & Conditions
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions follow the laws of India.
Any disputes will be handled under legal jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
