Refund and Returns Policy

Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before purchasing any of our digital lead packages.

Because our services involve instant delivery of digital leads, all sales are final.


1. No Refund Policy

Once a purchase is made and the plan is activated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect plan selection

  • Low or no conversion from leads

  • Inability to contact lead(s)

  • Business or personal reasons

  • Delayed follow-up or response from your side

  • Technical or operational issues on your device, WhatsApp, or email

Our service is based on providing verified lead data, which is considered consumed once delivered.


2. Lead Quality & Verification

We ensure that all leads are:

  • Verified

  • Genuine

  • Relevant to interior design

However, we do not guarantee project closures, appointments, or customer conversions.
Lead outcome and communication success depend on your business approach, pricing, and follow-up.


3. Replacement Policy (If Applicable)

A lead may be considered for replacement only if:

  • The phone number is invalid (switched off permanently / does not exist)

  • The number has not been used for more than 6 months

Replacement is not provided for:

  • Wrong name

  • No response or customer not picking calls

  • Customer not interested

  • Customer choosing another service

  • Budget mismatch or location mismatch

  • Delayed calling or poor follow-up

  • Customer already hired another designer

All replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the lead with valid proof (screenshot/recording).


4. Digital Services Are Non-Returnable

Since leads are delivered digitally, they cannot be returned.
Once shared, the information becomes accessible and cannot be withdrawn or reversed.

Therefore, all sales are final and non-returnable.


5. Plan Activation & Delivery

Once payment is received:

  • Your plan will be activated

  • You will begin receiving leads as per your selected monthly package

  • Leads will be delivered through WhatsApp, Email, or Dashboard as applicable

Lead delivery timelines may vary depending on market demand and location availability.


6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your plan before activation only.
Once the first lead has been delivered, cancellation is not allowed.
